Stronger Together: A Special Team Gathering in Olathe

Last week, our team came together in Olathe for an unforgettable 2½ days of team building, learning, and strategic growth—all with one goal in mind: continuing to improve how we serve our customers.

From workshops and collaborative sessions to hands-on problem solving, we took a deep dive into what makes us strong and how we can get even better. These moments of shared insight and innovation are vital to keeping our mission sharp and our customer focus front and center.

But it wasn’t all work—we also took time to celebrate a huge milestone: 30 years of ISL in business! We marked the occasion with some Kansas City flair, including an epic moonshine mixology session, a team escape room challenge, and of course, some incredible local food. It was the perfect blend of fun and reflection, honoring our past while looking ahead to the future.

As we move forward, we do so united—stronger, more connected, and more committed than ever to helping our customers succeed.
